Spicy Dry Chicken Recipes

Ingredients:

Chicken (boneless) 500 gm

Egg (1)

Ginger paste 1/2 tbsp

Garlic paste 2 tbsp

Onion paste 1 tbsp

Chopped onion (1 medium size)

Green chilli paste 2 tbsp

Coriander powder 1 Tsp

Cumin powder 1 Tsp

Cornflower 1 Tsp

Red chilli powder 1 Tsp

Soya sauce 1 Tsp

Vinegar 1 Tsp

Green Cardamom (1 or 2)

Lemon 1 and a half

Olive oil or Sunflower oil( Anyone)

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder 1 Tsp

Cinnamon (1)

Turmeric powder 1 Tsp

Cloves (4 or 5)

 

Preparation:

a) First of all, you have to pour the meat into a bowl, then mix it with egg, black pepper, corn flour, lemon, soya sauce and vinegar. After that mix, it all and keep it for 20 to 30 minutes.

b) Then, add 1 tsp sunflower oil or olive oil in a frying pan, as it becomes hot then add the previously all mixed chicken as I mentioned in the first step, fry it in medium heat. After that keep everything in a bowl.

c) Now take 1 spoon oil on the pan, as it becomes hot, then add cinnamon, cloves and cardamom, after few minutes when it becomes fry then add the chopped onion.

Fry the onion when it looks golden brown, at that time add onion paste, ginger garlic paste, and fry the mixture 2 to 3 minutes.

c) After 2 to 3 minutes add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, green chilli paste, salt, as it added then fry it properly.

d) Now add the frying chicken and cooked it for 2 minutes.

e) After 2 minutes, now add some water( 1/2 cup water) covered and cooked it for 4 min.

f) After few minutes switch off the flame and let it stand for 2-3 min.
