Tangra Fish and Brinjal Curry

Ingredients:

Tengra fish ( 500 gm)

Brinjal ( Chopped)

Onion (2 large or medium)

Onion paste ( 1 tbsp)

Garlic paste ( 1 tbsp)

Ginger paste (1 tbsp)

Turmeric powder (Half teaspoon)

Fresh Coriander leaves (For garnish)

Salt to taste

Red chilli powder (Half tsp)

Green chilli paste ( 1tsp)

Tomato ( 2large, chopped)

Process :

a) Firstly wash the fish properly and add some turmeric powder and salt. Then mix it very well.

b) Secondly fry the tangra fish properly. Then keep it separate in a bowl.

c) Now after putting oil in a pan, once oil becomes slightly heat, then put some chopped onion on it. Fry, it well until becomes brown colour.

d) Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, onion paste.
Mix these ingredients properly, then fry it for 5 to 10 minutes.

e) After that, add some chopped tomato on it, then put some salt according to quantity.

f) After 15 minutes once it becomes properly cooked, then add chopped brinjal and cook it for 5 to 10  minutes in low flame.

g) After that when every ingredient properly cooked, then add some water to it.

h) Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.

g) Now add the fried fish to it.

h) A few minutes later, add some coriander leaves for garnish.
